Alpha 3 is patched as a Stand-Alone Repeater [Boston Area] into BAPERN 3
for sometime it was Two-way, other times it's been a one-way patch.
As to the Various Towers, the 80/90's provided interesting monitoring where
[Other than Boston Repeaters] we had
All Mass Inputs were 163.9875 Mhz
All NH Inputs were 164.1500 Mhz
All RI Inputs were 162.9750 Mhz
All Southern ME Inputs were 162.7625 Mhz
All Northern ME Inputs were 162.9750 Mhz
If you were on a Mobile and/or at a High Site, you could trip multiple
Repeaters.
Most of the Ops are Portable, hence only a few sites at a time are used.
Now we seem to see, the inputs geared towards breaking MASS up more.
Northern Mass
Southern Mass
Central Mass
NH
ME
RI
