Snip: "Under the IDIQ contract, agencies within the departments of 
Justice, Treasury, Commerce, Education, Transportation, Veterans Affairs 
and entities can procure P25 equipment."

Does Education even have 1) a need for P-25 radios, and, 2) are there 
dedicated freqs? Transportation? I can see maybe Commerce, and 
definitely the other listed agencies, but Education and Transportation? 
It all bears watching.
