CompUSA... I called to see if they would match an online Office Depot price on a
digital camera which was out of stock.  The store mgr. said he would if I
printed out the Office Depot offer and brought it with me, which I did.  When I
arrived at the store the mgr. going off duty said he knew nothing about it and
could not honor the offer but said the mgr. I spoke to would be back in a few
minutes.  After an hour and forty minute wait the mgr. returned to tell me that
he could now not honor the offer because the district mgr. said no.  What made
matters worse was that the camera was for a missionary that had approved the
purchase when I told him that CompUSA had agreed to match the Office Depot offer
and I was heading out to pick it up for him.  I had already picked up one camera
at CompUSA for myself at a higher price.  This camera was advertised with a free
camera bag.  When I got home I found out their was no way that the camera I
bought was going to fit in the 'small' camera bag they were giving to go with
this camera.  what's with these guys anyway?  The only positive thing to come
out of this was that it turned out to be one fantastic camera!  Next time I'll
buy it on eBay!
